The PUDU BG1 series is the world’s first large-format floor scrubber built from the ground up with artificial intelligence. It is designed for professional cleaning of large areas in demanding environments such as warehouses, shopping malls, manufacturing plants and parking garages. The BG1 sweeps and mops the floor in one operation, combining 3D VSLAM, LiDAR and AI cameras for stable navigation and precise detection of dirt and obstacles. The BG1 comes in two variants: the BG1 for indoor areas of up to 10,000+ m², and the BG1 Pro with 3D LiDAR for the most demanding environments – including parking garages and large, semi-open structures.

The BG1 series uses camera-based AI detection to detect stains and debris in real time, immediately initiating targeted AI Spot Cleaning where needed. In the event of wet spills, the sweeping modules automatically retract to prevent spreading. On demanding surfaces, the robot automatically increases brush pressure and speed, adapting cleaning to the conditions. The chemical dosage is continuously adjusted according to floor type and dirt level – providing more thorough cleaning and lower consumption.
The robot combines 3D VSLAM, LiDAR and cameras for safe and stable driving in complex and dynamic environments. The system provides precise positioning and reliable mapping – whether it is manufacturing facilities, busy retail areas or dynamic warehouse and logistics environments.

The cleaning brush is physically pushed out against walls and shelf edges, removing dirt where traditional machines cannot reach, significantly reducing the need for manual follow-up.
The BG1 has two separate chemical tanks with a total capacity of 7 liters. The system doses accurately and supports combinations such as acid/base, cleaning/disinfection and cleaning/polishing – the dosage automatically adapts to actual needs.
The PUDU BG1 is the world's first cleaning robot with automatic scrubbing brush assembly - completely tool-free and without the need for training. Wear parts are easily accessible to the operator, and the service-friendly design significantly minimizes downtime.

The fully automatic docking station handles water refilling, waste water emptying and charging – completely automatically. Via the PuduLink app, you get real-time overview of operating status, cleaning reports and notifications.
The BG1 can be integrated with elevators and automatic door and gate systems, allowing it to operate seamlessly across floors and zones, making the BG1 series well suited for larger buildings and facilities requiring continuous, automated cleaning.
