PUDU MT1 is an AI-powered sweeping robot for large indoor areas such as warehouses, logistics zones, production halls and shopping malls. It combines a wide sweeping width with targeted AI spot cleaning , allowing the robot to prioritize where the waste is actually located and can reach up to 6,000 m²/h in spot mode. Equipped with multi-sensor perception (LiDAR + VSLAM + RGB-D), the robot predictably navigates dynamic environments with people, equipment and temporary obstacles—without the need for markers.

The MT1 analyzes its surroundings in real time and recognizes different types of waste using AI cameras. When the robot detects litter, it immediately cleans the area – providing a more on-demand and efficient workflow than a consistent, all-encompassing sweeping. This smart approach is particularly useful in environments where litter occurs unevenly throughout the day, ensuring that key areas are kept clean at all times.
The Mt1 can be connected to elevators and access systems , allowing it to operate seamlessly across zones and floors. This makes it particularly suitable for larger buildings and logistics environments that require a reliable and stable 24/7 cleaning solution.
The MT1 combines VSLAM, LiDAR-SLAM and RGB-D camera for stable positioning and precise mapping in large and complex indoor environments. The system quickly adapts to changes in the environment and requires only 75 cm of passage width, making the robot well suited for tight aisles and areas with many obstacles. It can clean closely along walls and into corners with high accuracy, ensuring full coverage without manual rework.
With a 70 cm sweeping path and a 35 L waste container, the MT1 handles everything from fine dust to larger loose debris. The container has active dust control that reduces the spread of microparticles and makes cleaning more hygienic. The machine is designed to pass over thresholds and other unevenness, ensuring smooth progress in areas where people and machines operate side by side.
The MT1 is designed for long sweeping sessions without significant supervision; modular consumables change in seconds without tools, and automated docking ensures charging and quick return to work, keeping downtime to a minimum. The MT1 has a service-friendly design that provides easy access to brushes, filters and bins. The robot’s low height and narrow passage requirements ensure efficient cleaning in tight spaces—without compromising on secure sensor coverage and precise navigation. The robot has an integrated, retractable handle that makes it easy to maneuver the MT1 even manually, when necessary.
Designed for continuous operation, the MT1 delivers 4-8 hours of run time per session. It charges in under three hours and automatically docks when the battery is low, allowing it to quickly continue on to the next job without manual intervention. Via the app and PC interface, you get real-time status, alerts and visual cleaning reports documenting the work performed.
MT1 can be connected to elevators and access systems, allowing it to move seamlessly between zones and floors on its own. This makes it suitable for larger buildings and enables a stable 24/7 cleaning model in environments with high activity levels and consistent quality requirements.
