BellaBot Pro is a Serving and Delivery Robot developed for HoReCa, retail and healthcare institutions. BellaBot Pro is designed to be used by everyone. Start, pause and return the robot with the touch of a button. The screen shows the task, position and status in real time. Smart tray detection and light markings make it easy for guests to pick up the correct tray, and the robot automatically continues to the next task when the food is delivered.
BellaBot Pro combines VSLAM + LiDAR SLAM with an advanced sensor set consisting of 2 front cameras, 3 RGB-D sensors and 1 LiDAR. The system detects obstacles, brakes and routes the robot safely around people and objects, even in tight spaces down to 65 cm of passage. An upgraded chassis with adaptive shock absorption ensures safe delivery of hot dishes, among other things. The robot also displays lights on the floor to indicate direction and movement — easy to deal with for anyone in busy areas.
The integrated 18,5″ advertising screen provides clear exposure of menus, promotions and messages. The 10,1″ front screen helps guide guests. Content is easily managed through the PUDU Business Management Platform with playlists, schedules and campaign management – ideal for chains and larger businesses that want to communicate to customers or guests.
The robot's operating modes make it useful in many situations:
"Delivery Mode" for quick service, «Dish Return Mode» for clearing, «Cruise Mode» for promotion, «Direct Mode» for targeted transportation/directions and «Birthday Mode» for easy marking on special occasions. One robot – many tasks.
BellaBot Pro can handle up to 40 kg divided between the trays (10 kg per tray). The trays have adjustable heights for different uses. Replaceable battery enables continuous operation, and standard charging takes approx. 4,5 hours. The robot has a speed of 0,2–1,2 m/s and requires at least 65 cm of passage width.
BellaBot Pro can be connected to PUDU's ecosystem for management and monitoring. Support for PUDU Link, Pager and Watch allows for summoning, task assignment and coordination. The display solution is designed for good readability with minimal glare in areas with high lighting. Bellabot Pro can also be connected to elevators and access systems, allowing it to move seamlessly between zones and floors on its own.
